NestFinder was born from a simple frustration — why is finding an affordable home in India so difficult? We set out to change that, one verified listing at a time.
The problem we saw
In 2018, our founder Rajesh Iyer spent six months trying to buy a 2BHK in Bangalore. Between fake listings, hidden brokerage fees and zero transparency in pricing, the experience was completely broken.
He spoke to hundreds of first-time buyers and heard the same pain points everywhere — misleading photos, brokers who don't return calls, no reliable way to verify documents, and prices that changed depending on who you asked.
India's real estate market is worth Rs 65 lakh crore, yet the buyer experience was stuck in the pre-internet era. We decided to fix it.
What we built
NestFinder is a search-first platform designed for India's affordable-housing segment (Rs 20 Lakh – Rs 1 Crore). Every listing passes a 3-step verification — RERA check, document audit and on-site inspection.
We partner with India's top banks — HDFC, SBI, ICICI and LIC Housing Finance — to offer pre-approved home loans. Our EMI calculator and comparison tools help families plan budgets before they even visit a property.
Today NestFinder serves 100+ cities and has helped over 50,000 families find their homes. And we're just getting started.
